All Miles are based on Tariff Miles

On loads of 175 miles or less from load origin to consignee destination, you will receive 60% of Adjusted Linehaul Revenue (but not less than $2.20 per loaded mile on loads of 0 to 100 miles or $1.80 per loaded mile on loads of 101 to 175 miles).

On loads over 175 miles, you will receive $1.20 per mile LOADED, $0.60 per mile EMPTY.

Loading/unloading delays pay you 60% of Billed Detention Revenue.

You will receive 100% of Billed Fuel Surcharge Revenue.
